The Float Charger is designed as intelligent high-frequency switched-mode power supply for power systems. New technologies have been adopted for this power module to overcome successfully the problems of phase control efficiency, current ripple, electromagnetic radiation and noise which usually occur in DC power supply. Unlike chargers prevalently used by power plants as secondary power supply, the Float Charger ‘s power module combines an up-to-date technology with the advantages of small dimension, light weight, high efficiency and high reliability. A standard RS485 interface makes it easy to connect to an external automatic control system. 220V/110V-rated output voltage suits for all kinds of transformer substations, power plants and hydraulic power plants.
